Sitra employs approximately 100 people from different fields. Most of Sitra’s staff work on the programmes. Other tasks in Sitra have to do with, for example, corporate funding and business development, information services, information technology, communications, office services and internal developments as well as legal affairs and finance.

Sitra’s staff have diverse educational backgrounds
Almost 70% of Sitra’s staff has a university degree, and there are about 20 Doctors or Licentiates working in Sitra. Most commonly, the university degrees of Sitra staff are from the fields of economics and technology. However, there are also members of staff with university degrees in the arts, sciences, social sciences and law, as well as people with other educational backgrounds.
A common denominator to all Sitra’s staff is their diverse work experience in both public and private sectors.
