Kim Jordan, co-founder, CEO and President of New Belgium Brewing Company which began in 1991, is actively involved in Sales, Branding and Organizational Development. Kim is currently a Member of Colorado Governor Bill Ritter’s Renewable Energy Authority Board, Vice Chair of the 1% for the Planet Board, Director on the Brewers Association Board and Ex Officio Board Member for the Beer Institute. New Belgium, the sixth largest draft company in the U.S, focuses heavily on the use of environmentally friendly technologies. They recycle and reuse solid waste, process plant wastewater, and give away their barley and hops grain to farmers to use for feed. New Belgium is the first fully wind powered brewery in the U.S., uses a steam condenser to heat the floors and de-ice loading docks, and uses sun tubes for natural lighting. They have also begun using the ethanol from wastewater to produce electricity and power.

Pedro Chidichimo has served as Diversey’s Regional President – Europe, Middle East, Africa since October 2006. Pedro is an expert on design and development of sustainable operations, he has extensive experience in working with Diversey’s customers across many industries helping them become more sustainable and profitable through helping them to understand and control their use of resources. Diversey help customers save water and energy and reduce labor costs while making their facilities safer, cleaner and more hygienic. Clients such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, and Hilton have all improved their bottom line and the environment through working with Diversey.
