Who?
Terhi works in Sitra’s foresight team, whose aim is to popularise futures thinking and democratize futures. She wants to make futures thinking part of change-makers’ toolbox.
What?
For two decades, Terhi has worked on global fairness and social change at several NGOs and also at the United Nations. In her previous position with Fingo, the Finnish development NGOs’ umbrella organisation, her task was to launch and strengthen the foresight and insight work of NGOs. She holds Master of Arts and Master of Hospitality Management degrees.
Terhi dreams of a world in which an increasingly diverse group uses power to define future to solve the wicked problems of our time.

Terhi is a returnee to the country. She dreams of a more self-sufficient life and buzzer fields.
