Sitra’s investments Q1/2025

The market value of Sitra’s investment assets was 964 million euros on 31 March 2025 (986 million euros on 31 Dec. 2024). In the first quarter, the return on investments was -0.6 per cent.

The first quarter of 2025 was marked by significant market volatility driven by concerns over changing tariff policies and their potential impact on the economy.

• Real estate, infrastructure and timberland investments 20%

Sitra’s investment portfolio is diversified across geographies as well as asset classes. Nearly 30 per cent of investments are in Finland.

The long-term return target is a real return of 3.5 per cent p.a.
