Circular Awards by the EU CERC

With the Circular Awards, the EU Circular Economy Resource Centre recognises and celebrates best practices in the circular economy taken forward by governments and businesses.

The EU Circular Economy Resource Centre (EU CERC) will award leading policy achievements and business solutions annually.

The awards will be presented at the main stage of the annual World Circular Economy Forum (WCEF) in front of thousands of experts from around the globe. The winner will receive a prize worth up to €10,000 including participation in the WCEF, tailored EU CERC exchange and coaching as well as visibility and promotion.

The call for applications for the 2026 Policy Implementation Award by the EU CERC was opened on 14 May 2025 at WCEF2025 in São Paulo, Brazil. The forum also revealed a special award: the Business Award LAC 2025 by the EU CERC, FIESP and CNI in recognition of outstanding leadership and innovation in advancing the circular economy in Latin America.
