As global markets increasingly adopt circular economy principles, ecodesign and digital product passport (DPP) requirements are becoming important considerations for businesses seeking access to European markets. This interactive workshop will introduce participants to the principles of ecodesign and product circularity, explore their practical implications for ASEAN value chains, and provide an opportunity to apply these concepts through hands-on exercises. Using practical examples and selected readiness tools, participants will reflect on current practices, identify opportunities, and exchange experiences with peers from across the region.
This EU CERC peer-to-peer exchange is co-organised with the Creative Economy Agency of Thailand as a side-event of the ASEAN Circular Economy Forum.
