This hybrid event presents a new study report developed by the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra and the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), offering a comprehensive and structured response to that challenge.The event will walk attendees through the findings of the report: the key bottlenecks within the Digital Single Market and recommendations for action, before opening a structured panel debate Discussion will focus on which bottlenecks are most consequential for Europe’s competitiveness, and which legislative, administrative and institutional levers can realistically deliver results within the timeframe.
