In March 2026, Sitra will publish a new international study examining how the algorithms of major social media platforms shape the political content encountered by young people aged 18–24 in Finland, France and Romania. The study was commissioned and guided by Sitra and conducted by the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) and Bondata.
We invite you to join our webinar to learn about the results and discuss their implications for young Europeans and democratic civic discourse in the context of the EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA). The webinar offers an opportunity to ask questions directly to the research team, participate in discussion, and gain an overall understanding of the study.
The webinar will begin with Sitra and the Behavioural Insights Team presenting the study’s key findings. Paula Gori, Secretary General of EDMO, will then provide expert commentary, followed by an open discussion. More information will be sent later to everyone who has registered.
