At Sitra, I am responsible for system change and impact design – currently working on initiatives such as the Future of work-based immigration project. With years of experience in management consulting, my core expertise lies in breaking down complex ecosystems, identifying their critical leverage points, and measuring impact. I thrive on creating ‘aha’ moments by combining analytical thinking, metaphors, and empathetic facilitation. In my spare time, I also cultivate metaphors as a songwriter.
