I hold a Senior Lead role at Sitra Innovations Team. Together with my team, I support partners in developing innovative solutions that enhance Finland’s ability to attract and retain skilled migrants.
I am passionate about facilitating cross-sectoral collaboration to discover new approaches and to develop and implement solutions. I have over 20 years of experience in innovation activities aimed at strengthening human capital in the UK, the UAE, and Finland.
