I work at the intersection of innovation, societal change and entrepreneurship. In my work, I connect people, ideas and implementation. I design and lead processes that make complex societal challenges understandable and drive concrete solutions forward. My focus is not only incremental improvement, but change that reshapes structures and ways of working at a deeper level.

I have over ten years’ experience in innovation support and ecosystem development in Finland and internationally. I hold a PhD in Design Innovation. My doctoral research examined startup culture in African entrepreneurship ecosystems, integrating perspectives from cultural research, design and entrepreneurship.
