Daniel Kaufmann is an all-rounder when it comes to circular business. Currently he acts as a Leading Specialist at Sitra, focusing on designing and running circular economy projects with companies and scaling validated concepts for the international arena. He is also part of the core team curating the programme for WCEF2019. Daniel’s background is in management consulting at Deloitte and in start–ups, having co-founded his first start–up, a tech crowdsourcing company, in 2009 in Bogotá, Colombia, and carrying out advisory work for early–stage companies in the circular economy space. Daniel also presents lectures on gaining a competitive edge from sustainability and he was one of the authors behind The Finnish road map to a circular economy 2016-2025.
