Ella Rouhe co-ordinates the Methods of change project, which charts and develops tools and approaches to support societal change. Ella’s days are filled with event organisation and facilitation as well as concept development to strengthen society’s capacity for change.
Ella encourages and inspires everyone to join making societal change. She is an experienced facilitator, who believes in the power of encounters.
In her previous positions, Ella planned and led training events focused on politics and influencing and co-ordinated sustainability-themed co-creation programmes, among other things. She is a Master of Social Sciences and a specialist in EU politics and sustainable development.
Ella has lived in six different countries on three continents and is interested in sustainable travel. She is also an enthusiastic spokesperson for hitchhiking. In her free time, Ella likes to go outdoors, cook and play board games.
Ella believes that in the future, technology may decrease everyday interaction between people but people’s need to meet other will not disappear.
