Kalle Hynönen

Kalle Hynönen heads Krogerus’ Technology, Data & IP practice. He advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and data-related matters. He has extensive experience in transactions relating to intellectual property, data, technology and media, and his latest focus areas include the EU’s new data and AI regulation. Kalle also regularly provides counsel on marketing law and privacy matters and he is a CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe). Prior to joining Krogerus, he worked as an in-house IPR counsel at a leading European media and learning solutions corporation.
