Katri Korhonen works as a specialist for the IHAN® – Human-driven data economy focus area. Katri builds awareness of how companies benefit from fair data economy and supports the technical development community of the project.
Katri has ten years of experience as a project coordinator in the ICT sector and consumer products. She has also done research into the culture of experimentation and has nuanced understanding of crowdsourcing and user participation. Katri holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in social sciences.
In her free time, you can find Katri browsing through vintage boutiques and enjoying the urban cultural vibes. Katri is also a passionate container gardener and a major consumer of detective novels.
Katri believes that data citizenship is only beginning to take shape alongside the more traditional forms of societal influencing, but it will eventually become a force to be reckoned with.
