Pinja Ryky works within the Lifelong learning focus area with content development, facilitation and practical arrangements. Pinja believes that lifelong learning throughout society is the key to success, both in terms of economic and personal well-being.
Previously, Pinja worked as a project manager for an online coaching course. She believes that digitisation, properly adapted to the learners’ needs, can create elements that improve equality in competence development.
Pinja has a master’s degree in general and adult pedagogy from the University of Helsinki. She has also studied work and organisational psychology, marketing and leadership.
In her spare time, Pinja likes jogging with her dog as well as gym and spinning sessions. She also listens to 80s’ rock and enjoys going to art exhibitions. Her favourite food is definitely sushi.
