Sofus Midtgaard

Sofus Midtgaard is an experienced sustainability and innovation executive.

He is a purpose driven leader and connector, and as founding partner at Leaderlab, he is leading the LAUNCH Nordic partner and industry engagement. He has worked with global companies, governments and startups for more than 15 years, and has previously been Head of Corporate Strategy and Innovation at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation.
