KulttuuriVOS theses and funding principles

In this publication we present an overview of the current state of Finland’s cultural sector, the changes needed, the objective aimed at as well as the financing methods that would support these objectives. The overview is broken down into eight theses and four funding principles. These eight theses include the key topics that the funding reforms, or other measures, can and should influence.
