Sitra investigated the use of smart devices intended for self-measurement as well as people’s attitudes towards the data produced by these devices and its use in four European countries.

The Wearables survey was conducted by Kantar TNS Oy in Finland, France, Germany and the Netherlands  in June and July 2020. More than 4,000 respondents took part, with about 1,000 people represented in each country. A summary of the results and the news item are provided below.
