The future of European companies in data economy

The purpose of the study was to gain insight on companies’ awareness, attitudes, and commitment to business potential enabled by fair data economy in four European countries.

The survey commissioned by Sitra was carried out by Innolink in April and May of 2019. The target population consisted of large enterprises and SMEs (excluding entrepreneurs) in the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Finland. The study is based on 1667 responses. This report presents the main findings of the study.
