The survey commissioned by Sitra looked at how people are using digital services and their attitudes towards services that collect and use data.
Commissioned by Sitra, Taloustutkimus Oy conducted the survey in 2021 in Finland, France, Germany and the Netherlands. More than 8,000 respondents took part.
