The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) provides a forum in which governments can work together to share experiences and seek solutions to common problems. The OECD is working to identify and quantify the impact of policies which increase resource efficiency and further the transition to a circular economy through the RE-CIRCLE project.
The RE-CIRCLE project provides policy guidance to a range of stakeholders through quantitative and qualitative analysis. This includes work on topics such as the macro-economic consequences of the transition to the circular economy, the role and effects of circular business models on the environment, plastics and resource efficiency in global value chains.
