The VALO – Value from Nordic health data project concludes in October 2026. Over the course of the project, VALO has demonstrated the feasibility of cross-border federated health data analysis and laid important groundwork for the future use of health data across borders.
As the project enters its final phase, a webinar series is bringing together stakeholders from across the Nordics and Baltics to explore how collaboration in the secondary use of health data can build on VALO’s achievements and continue beyond the project.
Unlike the other webinars in this series, which spotlight specific initiatives and funding opportunities, this session is designed as an open forum where participants can bring forward their own perspectives, questions and ideas.
Do you have an idea for a research project, innovation initiative or collaboration that could benefit from Nordic health data? Are you looking for partners, expertise or new opportunities to apply existing infrastructure and capabilities? This webinar is an opportunity to present your ideas, share your interests and learn what others across the Nordic and Baltic ecosystem are working towards.
The objective is simple: to help people find each other. By bringing together researchers, public authorities, healthcare professionals, innovators and companies, we aim to foster new connections and lay the groundwork for future consortia and collaborative projects that build on VALO’s achievements and make use of Nordic health data, existing infrastructure and emerging funding opportunities.
Previous webinars in the series have attracted around 100 participants, including leading experts and decision-makers working in health data, research and innovation.
