HERÄÄMÖ: Orchestrating Ecosystems for Systems Change

Systems change requires collaboration between many organizations. Being able to do this requires orchestrating and facilitating the collaboration. How can this be done?

Climate-KIC is EU’s main climate innovation initiative and their approach to tackling climate change is by orchestrating demand-led and community-delivered learning by doing through deep demonstrations.

Even though Climate-KIC  works with climate change, orchestrating ecosystems can be applied to any domain.

In Sitra Lab’s first HERÄÄMÖ breakfast event of 2020, we will be joined by Solveig Zophoniasdottir from Climate-KIC Nordic who speaks about orchestrating ecosystems and how creating spaces for learning, dialogue and sensemaking is central to their work.

Who Solveig Zophoniasdottir?
