Smart Health for Europe Seminar

Sitra’s IHAN project leads the way for a fair, competitive and sustainable data economy. Concrete steps from vision to practice in the context of healthcare will be discussed on 7 October in Helsinki.

At the heart of Smart Health is delivering the right treatment to the right patient at the right time, focusing on faster, better and more personalized healthcare.

The seminar focuses on topics related to shaping the future of healthcare, such as discussion on fair and beneficial use and governance of health data.

Sitra is a partner at the Smart Health for Europe seminar, maintaining that fair data economy is cross-sectoral, affecting all industries and actors in society. IHAN’s human-driven fair data economy model emphasizes transparency and trust in the use of data, basing data sharing on the individuals’ consent.
