Kazuo Fukuyama is committed to waste management.
A native of Kanagawa Prefecture, he joined the Yokohama City Hall in 1982. He was appointed to his current position in 2018. To advocate the reduction of food loss, he has been creating incentives to think about the importance of food from various perspectives.
