He was Deputy Secretary-General of the OECD. His portfolio included the strategic direction of OECD policy on Environment, Green Growth, Taxation, Investment, Financial and Enterprise Affairs & Anti-Corruption, Competition, Corporate Governance, along with representing the OECD at the Financial Stability Board (FSB) meetings. Before joining the OECD Mr. Tamaki was Vice-Minister of Finance for International Affairs at the Ministry of Finance, Government of Japan.
