She organises the team’s events and meetings efficiently so that all participants can get the most out of their attendance and leave with smiles on their faces.

Minna has solid experience in demanding management assistant roles in large international corporations. This experience has honed her into an expert in event organisation and the everyday running of business with excellent people skills.
Minna wants to emphasise how important it is to feel positive every time we get to our desks. Occupational health and well-being at work are close to Minna’s heart, with the knowledge that it all starts with the personal well-being of each individual. She will make the extra effort to ensure that everyone feels happy at the workplace and support her colleagues.
Minna holds a BBA, HSO from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. She is also trained in coaching and health coaching, and you can usually spot a book or two on this topic on her bedside table.
In her spare time, Minna loves to keep fit through group exercise and sailing in the archipelago and spend time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel and stay curious about the wonders of the world.
